I want you by new years, For the fireworks so I won’t end in tears. I need someone there by my side, It’s been almost a year and I’ve had a bumpy ride, So let me start my year with a big smile, Even if it’ll only last for a while, Just for someone to be there, That’ll make me happy, I swear. Is it that hard to find someone? I always see everyone having fun, In a pair they play till moonlight, While I’m here waiting for when my time is right. Kill me if I have to wait till 2011, Did I do something bad that cupid wants to get even? If I did then I didn’t mean to, But, I just want someone to be my boo, I know it sounds corny, & I’m not desperate or horny! I just want someone with me, For Christmas or valentines but please by NYE. I need someone to help my heart, Cos’ It’s been torn apart, With no one helping me sow it up, I’m so sick of hearing the same things, ‘hi’, ‘sup’, There’s no one to say ‘I love you’, or ‘honey’. Because, there isn’t anyone that would love me, Not in the way I would want them too, & I know no one’s perfect, & no one has a clue, About my feeling, but, I’m waiting for someone to see it, Someone that’ll fix my heart’s broken bit. & make me smile just by a phone call, & see me even if there’s a huge brick wall, Someone that’ll cherish me, for who I am, Someone that’ll make me Mary and them my lamb. & push away all my mistakes, & make me smile no matter how much it takes, Cos’ I’m still waiting for that boy in my dreams, For that guy that’s in my team, The perfect guy that makes me feel, Like I’m a princess & make it real, Because the love will be forever, & I know nothing ever lasts forever. But, it’ll feel like it, Until then, I’ll just wait and sit. xx |
